Gaia’s Pantry offers premium South African-style kosher meat products in Israel, including biltong, dried wors, boerewors, and related products.
Some products are dry or shelf-stable, while frozen products are available for pickup only according to our shipping policy.

Frozen Products
Store at -18°C or below. Thaw in the refrigerator only and consume within 48 hours after thawing.
Dried Products
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep sealed and consume within a reasonable time according to the product instructions.
Customer responsibility
Gaia’s Pantry is not liable for spoilage or quality issues caused by improper storage, delayed pickup, heat exposure, sunlight, or temperature changes after delivery.

Dry products are shipped nationwide according to our shipping policy. Frozen products are available for pickup only from designated pickup points unless stated otherwise.
Gaia’s Pantry is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, high demand, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances outside our control.
Responsibility for proper storage passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the address, courier, pickup point, or once the customer is notified that the order is ready for pickup.

Due to the perishable nature of food and meat products, we do not accept returns after an order has been delivered.
