A South African Braai In Your Own Garden
A private South African braai experience with a chef cooking over live fire at your home — for 10–30 guests. Here you’ll find everything worth knowing: the experience, the menu, how to book, and what we bring with us.
The Experience That Begins with Woodsmoke
Long before the first plate, the fire is already telling the story.
An evening everyone remembers
Guests arrive, a glass of wine finds their hand, and the conversation begins to flow. Someone drifts toward the flame — the way people always do — and the braai quietly becomes the heart of the evening.
Our chef tends every cut by hand and cooks over live fire in front of your guests. You enjoy the company, while we focus on the fire and the food.

Good to Know
The questions people ask before booking.
How many guests can you cater for?
Our braai experience is designed exclusively for events of 10–30 guests. To preserve the quality and intimate nature of the experience, we do not cater for events with more than 30 guests.
Do you cook at our venue?
Yes. The meat and hot dishes are grilled and cooked over live fire at your home or venue. The fire, aromas and cooking in front of your guests are a central part of the experience.
What do we need to provide?
You need to provide a suitable and safe area for live-fire cooking, as well as the seating, tables, crockery, cutlery and drinks for your guests. We bring the cooking equipment, fire setup and ingredients required for the agreed menu.
Is the menu suitable for vegetarians or gluten-free guests?
No. The braai experience is centred around meat and we do not offer a vegetarian menu. We are also unable to offer or guarantee a gluten-free menu.
Please tell us in advance about any serious allergies or sensitivities so that we can assess whether the event can be catered for safely.
Is the dessert pareve?
Yes. The malva pudding and vanilla sauce are prepared as pareve. Depending on the agreed menu, pareve vanilla ice cream may also be served alongside the malva.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend enquiring as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. Send us your preferred date and we will check availability.
Which areas do you serve?
We currently serve locations from the Sharon area down to Sderot, including the Shfela region — Rehovot, Mazkeret Batya, Yavne and the surrounding areas.
Please include the exact event location in your enquiry, and we will confirm availability and travel based on the location, accessibility and suitable conditions for safe live-fire cooking.
