Frozen products are no longer delivered. They will be available at designated pickup points, and we will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

📦 Dry Goods – Nationwide Delivery
All dry products are shipped nationwide:
- Biltong, Droëwors, Dried Wors
- Spices & sauces
- Shelf-stable items
Flat shipping rate: 40 NIS per order. Free delivery for orders over 299 NIS.
⏱ Delivery Schedule
Frozen items: Pickup only. We will contact you when ready.
Dry goods: Usually delivered within 4–10 business days nationwide.
❗ Damaged or Missing Orders
If your package is damaged or lost:
- Take a photo of the box
- Take a photo of the damaged product
- Email photos and description to: office@gaiaspantry.com
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, wait one more day and contact us if still missing.
🛡️ Meat Safety & Customer Responsibility
Our dried products are shelf-stable and safe during transit. If the package is damaged, we will replace the items promptly.
Once delivered to your address or pickup point, you are responsible for proper storage. Gaia’s Pantry is not liable for spoilage due to delayed pickup or improper storage.
