SHIPPING POLICY
At Gaia's Pantry, we are committed to delivering your premium South African kosher meat products to you quickly and in perfect condition.
WHEN DO WE SHIP?
We ship orders from Sunday to Thursday only.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders received after 12:00 PM or on Friday will be shipped the following business day (Sunday).

HOW DO WE SHIP?
We use reliable local carriers to ensure quick and affordable delivery. Your tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please note, we currently deliver as far north as Zichron Yaakov. If you have friends in the area, we’d be happy to deliver your order to them. We’re working hard on expanding our delivery range to cover the entire country!
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Once you confirm your order, we’ll have it on its way to you within 5 days. For frozen items, we ensure they reach you safely within 7 days.
Delivery times may vary based on your location.

SHIPPING COSTS AND FREE DELIVERY
Our flat-rate shipping cost is 40 NIS per order, countrywide, making it simple and affordable.
We take great care to deliver your items with the utmost attention to freshness and quality.
As for frozen products, we’ve got you covered with weekly deliveries, making sure your goodies stay fresh and fabulous. Right now, we’re serving areas up to Zichron Yaakov, the Sharon area, plus Ashkelon and Sderot, and while we’re not everywhere just yet, we’re growing fast and can’t wait to reach more of you!
If you live in Ashkelon, Sderot, Yad Mordechai, Netiv Ha'asara, Brur Hayil, or Or Haner, we’ve got even better news! For orders over 500 NIS, your delivery will be completely free. We hope this makes your shopping experience with us even more enjoyable.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR LOST?
If your package arrives damaged or the product is ruined, please follow these steps:
1.Take a photo of the damaged box.
2.Take a photo of the damaged product.
3.Email us the photos along with a brief description of the situation (e.g., where the package was left, any other details that might help with a claim).
We will promptly work to replace or refund your damaged products.
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please wait one more day.
Sometimes carriers mark the package as delivered to meet their shipping quotas, but it may only be delivered the following day. If your order is still missing, please contact us so we can open an investigation and file a claim if necessary.
WILL MY MEAT BE SAFE IN TRANSIT?
Yes, our dried meat products are certified to be shelf-stable and safe for extended transit periods, even in warm weather.
As long as your package remains intact, your products will be safe. If your package is damaged during transit, we’ll work quickly to replace the product.
